Mengisahkan tiga sosok wanita bermasalah yakni Maharani, Tian dan Dewi yang harus menentramkan dirinya tinggal di Pantai Kuta Bali

Maharani (Marcella Zalianty) pergi ke Bali. Setelah mengetahui dirinya adalah anak angkat dari ibunya yang berasal dari seorang penari Bali. Di tengah kebencian pada ibunya, ia justru bertemu dengan peristiwa yang menyeretnya berupa praktek penjualan anak.

Lain lagi yang dialami Tian (Nadira Saphira) yang berasal dari keluarga kaya raya. Ia lari ke Bali, karena malu saat ayahnya seorang pejabat tinggi Teguh ditangkap KPK karena terlibat skandal korupsi triliunan rupiah

Sedangkan Dewi (Ayu Laksmi) seorang penyiar radio menghadapi konflik batin antara mengaborsi janin anaknya ataukah melahirkan bayinya. Meski si bayi menderita otaknya mengecil dan akan mampu hidup sebentar setelah kelahiran
